How do i get rid of a error pop up when I log on to my road runner service?

How do I get rid of a error pop up that says mHotkeyexe. that pops up when i log on to my road runner service.

What you must do is install the bullguard program to your road runner, I happen to have road runner myself and it was offered to me if I wanted to install a bullguard to avoid pop ups, try that cause it has worked for me.
