How can I get this pop ups to stop on my computer?

I keep getting these pain in the backside pop ups

These are unwanted, uninvited and if you go to that website they want you to pay for a solution. How can I get rid of this?

This is really a simple matter, and I say simple cause I had this same issue also, what I did was I installed a Bullguard to my computer, and that controls the pop ups along with the viruses.
