No video no post beep?

i have a dvd and a cdrw and when i turn my computer on the hard drive and the cdrw and the dvd all blink at the same time and i have no video and no post beep...

There might be a mix up with the IDE cable connection, open computer and check it out mess around with the cables to there plugged right and every boots up, also check if the jumper settings are correct.
