My Outlook Express E-Mail system is inaccessible or corrupted

My Outlook Express E-Mail system is inaccessible or corrupted. Each time I try to access it I get an error box which reads "MSIMN caused a page fault in module COMCTL32.DLL@0187:bfb71dea, followed by a page of Registery addresses. MS does not give anything onn the subject, except that OE is not available sepsrately from IE. Suggestions?

Are you sure that is the message that is displayed?

Next if you have a antivirus software installed like (McAfee or Norton) remove it the Personal Firewall or contact technical support for more information about how to configure the Personal Firewall
