WHEN ON INTERNET COMPUTER GIVE MESSAGE REMOTE PROCEDURE CALL ENDE AND THAT WINDOWS WILL SHUT DOWN IN SO MANY SECOND

my computor will give a message when on the internet that "remote procedure call ended" and that windows will shut down in so many seconds . there is no way you can stop it when this happens.

the computor shuts down and reboots. please help. thanks - Bruce
