Possible worm virvs

This has just started recently. When i go on Instant messanger I will be typing then the it will capsize for no reason or it will delete the whole sentence or just do something crazy, then I relized it did the same thing on IE. Then after that on noticed it happened everywhere on my computer. I also noticed when this occurs ussual a popup call www.sandboxer.com comes up and its in a very large IE box the computer stalls and then the window crashes. My computer has been crashing alot lately to. WHAT IS THIS, A VIRUS? please help me up its become a real annoyance!

You need to check your pc for virues could be some one has hack or is hacking in your program when u log in so make sure u clean the pc for worms or virus..
