USING OUTLOOK EXPRESS TO SEND ATTACHMENT GET THE FOLLOWING MESSAGE OE REMOVED

I recently upgraded to Outlook Express and since then on most attachments sent me I get the following message - - OE removed access to the following unsafe attachments in your mail. These are from people I have had no trouble opening accachments in the past. I am also computer illeterate so would appreciate your opinion and how to fix the problem. Thank you, Claude R. Pfander
