Error on pages

When going to a web-page I recieve and error on every page.The places where the pictures and logos have little boxes with a little red X in the left hand corner.I can open them with a right click. Have gone to my internet option, and gone to the advanced tab and checked under multi-media, and all my settings are in place.Have any ideas.
