How can I play games on pogo or watch tv without having the action cancelled out on me?

When I go to sites such as pogo.com and joecartoon.com everything starts fine. But if I try to play games on pogo or watch cartoons on joe cartoon, it says action cancelled in part and does like it's supposed to in other parts. I have a java script program, i was told that was the problem.

I think you might need to have a program installed to your system, I reffer to programs like windows media, media player and of the type to allow you to download the programs you want to watch.
