What could be a graphic problem

haveing problems with spots that follow the cursor, and it stops for a few seconds then stars up again could be the graphics card, its not the driver because i have the lastest one v43.25

my graphics card:ge force 4 ti 4200 128mb

allso had this error : hardware falure please restart your computer

after i got the error the screen went all distorted

and sometimes when you start it up it the lettering on screen has changed colour

vidio card:ge force 4 ti 4200 128mb

any help atall would be good

If you also see red or green spots it would be your graphic card Try a different monitor and see what happens It could also be a conflict if you have an intergrated graphic card, if you do you must disable it and reinstall the your G force.
