Somehow a new default home web page is being installed during power on. After poer is up I can reset my home web page to the one I want but after I power down and then back up it gets set to the undesired value (Global-Finder.com). At first I thought it was just a cookie that was installed but I removed that but it didn't fix it after the next power on. Where can I look to see where this is being set the the wrong value so I can remove it premenantly ?
