Is it possible to transfer files from the hard drive of one desktop to the hard drive of another using a USB link? And if so, how?

You will need something similar to the Net-LinQ USB Network Cable rather than a standard USB cable It is the equivalent of a crossover cable It uses an interface similar to a windows program manager-like user interface which allows you to drag and drop files.
