How can I get my cursor to stop randomly moving all over the page?

When typing in any program(Word, E-mail, ACT, etc) my curser randomly moves all over the page. I bought and installed a new keyboard but that didn't solve the probem. Suggestions?

Well now, you've jus mentioned that you bought a new keyboard and didn't solve the problem, well before you go ahead jumping to conclusion check the installations of the key board then try see what happens.
