Every time start computer the homepage siting a web site cannot be removed from homepage setting

hi i have problems with the file iedll.exe.

every time i start the computer it states that the file is corrupt and windows/exe? needs to be restarted.

also i have problem with the homepage sitings A web site i visited canot be removed from the homepage settings also in history toolbar.

Also

how do you remove the history status for specific searches phrases from statr up. As words that were searched a long time ago still remain
