What can I do to keep my computer to be running faster?

Need HELP in RAM free up in my ststem resources. It runs 40% right now. What do I need to do to get my computer running faster and to keep running faster? Or as to keep my RAM at 90%?

Well a simple suggestion would be to clear up your computer from all of the other things that you don't need, obviously is taking up space in the memory, clear the memory from things that you dont need, and that will definetely make it go faster.
