What could be a missing file

when using outlook express I recieve a kernel32 error on occasion forcing me to restart

the computer, attempted a "clean boot" but all I got was a blue screen and an unstable

situation, restarted in "safe mode" and is o.k. but still receiving kernel32 error

any help will be much appreciated.

Windows 98 does that a lot What you could do is reinstall cd and it would load the file that you are missing or it is not picking up I had the same problem and after I reinstall the win98 cd it corrected the problem.
