Can only access internet for only 1 hour then have to restart the computer again to access the site

Okay, I've been having some problems with either my internet or my browser. Lately, I've been only able to access the internet for only one hour before I can't acess the internet again. Then I have to restart the computer in order to access the sites again, making it very inconvient.

I was wondering, what could be causing this problem?
