Full screen

my question is i have formatted my computer and i cant get full screens in my windows and i have tried altering my display settings but i think i have made everything worse i like using msn but i cant get a full screen and my wife likes playing on pogo.com her cards but she can only just see the cards is there a way of resseting my computer to factory settings please help yours truly lee hooton
