What are bb.class, verifierbug.class and trojan horse, can I cause a problem to my system by deleting them?

What are the bb.class and verifierbug.class trojan horse viruses. Can I delete them or will deleting cause a problem with my system. They are presently quarantined using Norton Antivirus Pro.

Those happen to be viruses that get secretly installed on a computer, and no your system wont have problems if you get rid of them, on the contrary, it will only make it good, trojan hose is a virus that is tricky the way it arrives, it comes through hotmail, attached to perverted things to try to grab peoples attention
