I wanted to know how you get rid of a boot sector virus when trying to load Windows? I have formatted my hard drive and there is nothing on it, but when I go to load an operating system on it says I have a boot sector virus and it will not finish loading. Do I need to replace the whole hard drive or what? Please let me know. Thanks again.

Sincerely,

Jesse Albin

I had the same problem and what I did was go into my BIOS and disabled the anti-virus and I was able to install my windows.
