What is the jdbgmgr.exe virus?

I got an email saying a friend had accidentaly given me a virus. It was the teddy bear one, jdbgmgr.exe? What kind of problems is this going to give me? I just had my computer fixed so am I going to regret taking action? thanks, Jann

This is actually NOT a virus It is a HOAX jdbmgr.exe is a windows system file, if you delete it, you will have problems booting into or running windows Disregard the email sent to you by your friend
