How can I get deleted mail to stop appearing?

My emails keep reappearing after I have read and deleted them. They reappear and fill up my inbox with multiple copies. If I delete them again they reappear again to the tune of 300 t0 400 per day. I am using outlook.

It can be a number of things behind that problem, you can be deleting it wrong or it can be a mailing list sending you the same thing.
