How can I update PC-cillin When it says it is up to date and its not?

I am using trend pccillin as my antivirus software, but the trouble is when I try to update it always says "Program/Pattern files are already up to date", even though according to the update log it hasn't been updated since 8th August 2003 ????!!!!!!!
