Sysocmgr.exe is a windows tool used to remove windows components.

To remove:

Navigate to Windows Explorer.

start>programs>windows explorer.

Once Explorer opens, navigate to the startup folder.

In the left panel of Explorer expand C: drive.

Scroll down, expand the Windows folder.

Scroll down, expand the Start Menu folder.

Scroll down to the Start Up folder and left click on the start up folder so the contents show up in the right explorer window.

Look for sysocmgr.exe (or syscomgr) and delete it (left click, delete)

that should do it.
