How to have email forwarded from my Qwest address to my new cox email address

After to listening to your recommendations on the radio show, am having Cox Internet installed today. I don't want to give up my Qwest email address but don't want to continue to pay Qwest for their service. How can I have my email forwarded from my Qwest address to my new COX email address?
