i have installed office 2000, but when i try to open microsoft outlook, i get this mesage,:
unable to open your default e-mail folders outlook could not start because a location to send and recieve mail could not be found. to add a location, such as a personal folder file , double click the mail icon in windows control panel.
problem being i have tryed going into control panel to find this in internet options, and my default e-mail is aol, which i do not want to have to change.
but can not find anything that will help.and microsoft outlook will not open until i solve this problem.
i also have worksuite installed.2001
This question was answered on September 12, 2003. Much of the information contained herein may have changed since posting.
I had a similar problem and what I did was reinstall office and click the full installation and that resolved the problem
