For years I have been downloading funny short movies. Lately I have had to give my permission to get a "Certificate Revocation License". When asked, I click OK. Am able to save movie but when I try to transfer the movie format from WMA to AVI or MPEG none of my codecs can open the WMA. Worst part is when I either forward the WMA or burn to disc to give to someone they are also asked to get a C R L. How do I get rid of C L R on my saved WMA's?
Thank you for your time.

The C R L may be imbedded in the WMA film.
There are plenty of converters available online If one doesn't work, there is always another to try.

They have many free and low-cost downloads sure to fit any budget.
