How can I get my PC to stop freezing up?

My pc seems to freeze up alot. usually happens when I hit the back button on my browser.

I cant seem to play music as when I do it usually freezes up within a minuete into the song.

The keyboard and mouse are also froze, I then have to reboot the system.

Sometimes during boot up it wont load all the way then I have to do it again. HELP!!!!!

Well now, by what you have just told me here this sounds serious, dude you are going to need to hire a professional technician because if you tried booting it and nothing, and you can't play music, and you are having your mouse freezing up on youi, then this is way out of your hands, my best advice is get a technician.
