I got a new case today, I transferred my motherboard, dvd and cd-rw drives, hard drives, and video card, sound card. I hooked it up like it was in the old case, I loaded it up, nothing happened, I hap power to the hard drive and everything else, but it wouldnt "turn-over" start-up. It seemed like the hard drive wasnt receving the signal from the motherboard to startup. I checked and re-checked my ide cable connections. I unhooked everything except for one hdd, the floppy drive, and the video card....nothing. I tried reseating the memory and the video card. nothing.... All that comes on is the fan. Can you help me. Thanks

Well, I think you will have to unhook the hdd, the video card and check the floppy drive, because that does play a good role in it, and if still is going off, then you must, i repeat you must hire a proffesional technician to handle the matter
