How can I get my computer to start?

hello

i am from romania

i have a litlle problem: my computer wont start.

my power source wont start, i think somthing is burned, because it made a little bit of smoke

i don't know why it wont start

can it be the cooler on the power source? or the cpu cooler?

please give me an answer

Well, by what you have said to me looks like you are going to have to get a new computer installed to your system, because if smoke came out, then you will need to either purchase a new one or hire a proffesional to fix it for you, if it is not too late.
