How can i get my computer to turn on correctly, having something displaying on the screen?

Whenever I turn my computer on, it sounds like it turns on because I can hear the fans running, but nothing will appear on the screen. The lights on the keyboard do not even turn on. Do you think the problem may be the Power Supply Unit, or the Hard Drive, or something else?

It can probably be someting with the hard drive, make sure you nothing happen to the hard drive, if is not then its definitely the power supply unit, you should hire a proffesional technician for that.
