We purchased a K7 Pro motherboard with an AMD 2.6 GHz processorand a Maxtor 200 GB hard drive from Fry's Electronics . The system only recognizes 140 GB of the hard drive. What suggestions do you have to solve this issue?

Thank you very much.

What I would do is partition the hard drives, and that should be enough for you to do to see your 200Gb It is a good idea to partition your drives because 200gb is really big and could slow down your system.
