How can I get my monitor to power up?

The issue Im having is that the monitor doesnt power up unless I push the reset on the tower. And I really dont know where to begin. Ive tried switching out video cards, and monitors, wuth the same result. Any help would be appreciated. If you need any additiona info, please feel free to email me. Thx Jerry

One thing I can suggest is you check up the wiring, thats about it, make sure you do have the right installation, for you monitor.
