Do you get it?

When I shut down my computer I get an mesage saying "program "O" is running would you like to end task / cancel....I have no idea what O is and i cannot locate it with a search. I have run Norton antivirus and spynuker anti spyware....any help? Thank you!

Plug out the computer and boot back up if the problem still persist then i recommed that you reinstall you operating system.
