Set up filter on my yahoo account, yet can't get email that was suppose to be blocked and also receive a lot of junk mail

I have set up filters on my Yahoo account, yet I still get email that was suppose to be blocked and also receive a lot of Junk mail. I have asked for help from Yahoo, however, none of their solutions have worked and I can't remember what they had me do. Is there any way you can help. My junk mail file contains anywhere from 15-20 junk emails on a daily basis, which is very annoying.

You must erase thejunk mail Check in your internet options of the network explorer and change the privacy options
