Missing

D/L and installed Spybot without problem. However, cannot start because "WS2_32.DLL" is missing. Same thing happened earlier when installing an avi joiner -- could not start because same dll missing. Where can I find this apparently critical piece of SW? Thanks. JAPeterson, Phx.
