Found the address listed as my home page in the www preference box http://www.passthison.com/r4/

I found this address listed as my home page in the WWW preference box, I did not place it there. In fact I used the "Keep blank choice." Is this the work of a worm, virus, spyware or what. Thanks for any help you can give me.
