Is it found in the display properties?

My dialogue boxes are too big.

It doesn't matter with most of them, such as the dial up box.

Some of them are off the screen and I cannot reach the top to move them around.

How can I make the dialogue boxes smaller?

Go to start, settings control panel, display and then go to appreance and then adjust the menu or active window size or even whichever one you want to adjust.
