Did it work?

I need insructions on opening the case on my compaq presario 1200.

I have to replace the battery charger connecter.

It depends if you have a tower or a desktop However on the tower there should be two little buttons on the sides, you have to hold both buttons at the same time then you lift it If you have a tower you have to use a phillip screw driver to open the case If you check and you cant see what i'm talking about then I strongly suggest that you call compaq If your talking about a laptop I definately suggest that you call compaq or bring it to a professional
