What is display

i recently had to pack my computer up for a hurricane. after i unpacked it, my display has started shaking up and down. not the physical monitor, but the screen. its really annoying, can you help me please?

Check in front of the monitor or under the front of the monitor in question and you will find adjustable knobs that you can use to adjust the vertical lines or the jumping.
