Did it work?

Went to update my Norton Antivirus as I do every week or two and got this window saying, "Live Update detected a problem while retrieving the update. The update will not be installed onto your computer". Any idea what this means and how can I correct it?

Try restarting your computer and retry and if that does'nt work run a scan disk and everything should be fine.
