I have 2 hard drives ones a 10gig working fine and the other is a 30 gig but it has about 80,000 bad secotrs on it which made me want to build another computer. i wanted to know if bad sectors can transfer with files if i transfer them to my new copmuter once its built, or what will happen becuase i want to get all the data off my drive but i don't want the bad secotrs so spread to a brand new computer.

Some of your files may be corrupted so you probably wont be able to back up all your files You have to check which files are good from which arent However it will not affect your new hard drive.
