How can I save my temp files?

C;//windows/temp/auqp1m.doc could not be saved because the file source could not beread.

Can't download attachments form hotmail word format etc.

Can you help?

I am reading what you have sent me as the file C;//windows/temp/auqp1m.doc There is supposed to be a colon (:) after the C instead of a semi-colon (;) Try saving that file again using the colon and it should work.

As far as downloading your word formatted attachments, I need a more in depth detail of the problem
