When I turn on the computer, I get an error message saying I am missing a needed file called symstore.dll. I click on OK and the machine continues booting. Only now some programs won't install (most notably software for a wireless Microsoft mouse). Also, the message stared appearing when I installed Norton Firewall and then uninstalled it because it kept freezing my machine (a problem I never had before installing the firewall). What happened? Thanks for any help.
