What is noptify.exe?

I have zonealarm as my firewll and it keeps asking if I want to allow noptify exe to access. Do you know what this is.

Hello Rod,

I would like to inform you that noptify.exe is spyware This spyware is installed in a CD provided by Verizon wireless Noptify.exe installs into your hard-drive after you insert the CD into the CD-ROM and it loads Everytime you log-on (which in your case is evreytime your computer is on, due to the fact you have cable internet access) noptify.exe is activated noptify.exe was created by james tower company( a minnesota-based marketing company).

Their site says they can track:

- Number of time cd was used

- Sections that were of the most interest

- Frequency of a single cd viewed

- hyperlinks visited from the cd

- e-mails and visits to your site from the cd
