How can I boot up my pc when the HDD light does not stay on and no boot sequence happens.

My computer will not boot up. When you turn on the power, the fans run, the HDD light stays on but it does not start the boot sequence. The power supply is brand new.

You may have an incorrect configuration on your hard drive or your hard drive has gone bad.
