How do I eliminate the popunder.exe message?

The popunder.exe message "pops" up continuously while I am on the net. How do I correct this?

There is a Web site with a free download of software that will eliminate the popunder.exe It is at http://www.stopzilla.com/site/download They have adware, spyware and cookie killer software.
