I have 5 porn dialers in my c:\restore\temp folder and I can't delete them. I use McAffee Online and AVG and they both report them as virus, but can't delete or do anything with them. Ad-Aware and Spybot both find them, but can't do anything with them either. I have over 27,000 files in the Restore\Temp folder.

How can I get rid of the dialers and most of the restore files???
