My computer dials up my ISP on it's own. I may be playing a game or something and all of the sudden my computer tries to connect to the internet. I cancel it and it will try again after about 15 minutes.

I installed "spyhunter" to see if I deleted all of the spyware from my computer if that would take care of it but it didn't.

If you go to the setting of your dialup connection at the start/program/ accessories/communications and Network and dialup connection and going to the connection properties of your dialup connection to your ISP and look to see an option of automatic dialup check box.

You could have a incompleted installation from the internet that you have left off, such as when you are download or updating some software that needs to bee connect to the internet Either uninstall this software by going to the control panel and see the strange program that had install in your computer or let it dowload from the internet to complete it.
