When I try to install computer games I get an error message saying that I am missing a file called

E:\Data1.cab. This causes the install wizard to stop with a fatal error message. Why is this and what can I do?

This error usually means that the software download was incomplete or the CD is damaged or dirty, try downloading the software again This error is common when making copies of copywrited disks and a software protection layer has been applied to the game CD such as "Safe-Disk".

Also, you might go to the Web site of the computer game maker and look up the error.
